Exnihilo is situated on three acres of lush natural foliage overlooking the beautiful turquoise water of the Atlantic. The grounds will consist of interconnecting inspirational spaces for rest, work and community, including:
Artist Bungalows:
Private ocean view bungalows have studio space, a private bath, a kitchenette, and laundry.
Ceramics Courtyard:
Our outdoor ceramics and sculpture studio for throwing, fabrication and firing.
Recording Studio:
A creative space for writing, recording, editing, and production.
Exnihilo Gallery:
In the center and heart of the Gathering House is the Exnihilo Gallery, a show space open to the public.
Gathering House:
The central hub of Exnihilo, the Gathering House is where residents come together for meals and to share inspiration. It houses the library, community studio space, and the Exnihilo Gallery, open to the public.
Sculpture Garden:
An outdoor gallery and public park displaying sculpture from the Junk-a-new recycling program.
